We here at Book Binge are the curious sort. We like to know as much as we can about our readers...from their book buying/reading habits, to their Holiday traditions. There's just something...fun about peeking into other people's lives (Casee: Plus we're nosy). Isn't that one of the reason blogs are so popular nowadays? Well, we think it is.
So in honor of the Holiday Season and our curious (ok, nosy) nature, we're bringing you a new contest. Entering is easy, but the prize is big.

If you don't have a blog of your own, you can leave your answers as a comment or email them to us. This is a month long contest, so you have the whole month of December to enter. Regardless of your answer, we are inviting our lovely readers a chance to win an eBookwise eReader!

Unfortunately, our *international readers (besides Canada) can't enter. We apologize for this, but it can't be helped, as eBookwise isn't approved for sale outside of the U.S. and Canada. We emailed them, asking if we shipped one internationally if the user would be able to buy/download books, and were told it's against regulations for them to ship outside the U.S. or Canada. In addition, "the device will not work with wall current in many countries, may not be compatible with some foreign telephone systems, and shipping it outside the USA and Canada automatically voids the manufacturer's warranty".
*As I'm not a very tech savvy person, I have no idea if there's a way around this. If you live outside the designated areas and would like to enter, you'll be doing so at your own risk. 1. What is your favorite Christmas romance to re-read each year?
I don't have a favorite reread. I may pick up a copy of a holiday story. I loved that last year there was actually a romance book with Chanukah in the background.
2. What is your favorite Christmas movie/show?
I loved The Peanuts Christmas but also have a soft spot for It's A Wonderful Life (black and white please.)
3. What is your favorite Christmas cookie? My mom's sugar cookies (remember growing up and having Christmas cookies that my mom would put in tins for company during the season. :)
4. When do you start Christmas shopping? When the kidlets were little we would go shopping when Bradlees (remember them) had their giant toy sale in November. (for Chanukah)<
5. Do you re-gift? no
6. What is your favorite Christmas song? Silent Night
7. When do you get your Christmas tree? growing up.. a week before Christmas
8. Wrapping presents: Love it or hate it? It can be fun
9. Who is the hardest person to buy for? the men in my family are hard to buy for any time of year.

1. What is your favorite Christmas romance to re-read each year?
I can't say I can think of one that I have reread every year. I do know that I hit the bookstore and most of the stories I read after Thanksgiving until Christmas are Christmas themed
2. What is your favorite Christmas movie/show?
It is a toss-up between Rudolph and Frosty. I love them. I do have to say that I hear that Shrek has a christmas special that I am dying to see. I love shrek.
3. What is your favorite Christmas cookie?
Rum balls. mmmm
4. When do you start Christmas shopping?
The day after Thanksgiving. I always think I am going to be good and start in August but it never happens
5. Do you re-gift?
Never... I think I would give it back to someone who remembers that I got it. :)

The weekend after Thanksgiving

I love the first few then when my back starts to ache from wrapping so long I hate it

During the holidays, I like to re-read any of the Christmas anthologies I have. The short fluffy stories seem to go with my Christmas mood.
2. What is your favorite Christmas movie/show?
Mine is so cheesy. It's the one where the single mom makes a deal with her boss to be his family while the guy for a merger is in town. I can't remember the name but Will from Will and Grace is in it.
3. What is your favorite Christmas cookie?
Ginger snaps.
4. When do you start Christmas shopping?
I try to start about 3 wks before christmas. And I like to do it all at once.
5. Do you re-gift?
No, I don't. If nothing else, I'll give someone a gift card.

7. When do you get your Christmas tree? Whenever I get it out of the attic!

1. What is your favorite Christmas romance to re-read each year? Mrs. Wiggs of the Cabbage Patch (very old, public domain, but I have an old, 1970s university press edition I like to curl up with)
2. What is your favorite Christmas movie/show? "The Christmas List" (starring Mimi Rogers)
3. What is your favorite Christmas cookie? raspberry pinwheel cookies
4. When do you start Christmas shopping? As soon as I find out what my present-ee wants (we exchange names)
5. Do you re-gift? sometimes (but only at christmas parties when i have to bring a present for the gift exchange)
6. What is your favorite Christmas song? The Holly and the Ivy
7. When do you get your Christmas tree? I stopped getting a tree when I got my cat. She kept turning it over when she was a kitten, so it was too much of a fire hazard. :(
8. Wrapping presents: Love it or hate it? Hate it; I switched to gift bags long ago!!
9. Who is the hardest person to buy for? The men in my family (any of them, take your pick!)
10. Christmas tree: Real or artificial? Real, because they smell so good! My parents had a real cedar this year, and last.
